Scanner Malfunction in IR-1024

I had some weird problem regarding Scanner function of IR-1024.

1. I had upgrade PC to window10 (32 bit) and re-install printer driver from Canon page describe as below.

   - https://www.canon.co.uk/support/products/imagerunner/ir1024if.aspx?type=drivers&language=&os=WINDOWS%2010%20(64-bit)

2. Then I can Print & Scan normally from PC But After scanning for a while, it become Not Responding only for Scan Function. Printing seem fine.

Thank in advance & please advice me for further troubleshooting.
