ImageRUNNER c5235 and Crystal Reports

Hello. 

We have a Canon ImageRunner C5235 that we have used for a while and a HP LaserJet 4518 in our accounting office. When the canon is set as the default printer, some reports are not displayed properly. Some columns are cut off. But with the HP everything is displayed. I have tried the PCL driver and the UFRII driver and have the same results with both. 

Is there a something I can do from the web interface or am I stuck using having the HP as my default and then selecting the Canon?
