Needing help printing on envelopes using a Canon Mf624cw and imac. I am attempting to print on a 5.25 by 7.25" envelope and changed the settings in pages and on the printer menu. The printer is not wanting to accept the envelope and gets "jammed" every time I attempt to print. Before this printer, I could print envelopes, photos, and double-sided. Surely, there is a simple step I am overlooking....please don't tell me I have to go back to an ink-jet printer?!
