Secured Print hangs queue Windows 2016 Print server

We're deploying Canon iR-ADV C3525 imageCLASS LBP712 printers. Print Server is Windows 2016 Standard. When printing JPG or PDFs using Secured Print, the queue hangs requiring me to stop Print services and delete files in C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS then restart queue. I tried the UFRII 30.30.0.0 and the Canon Generic Plus PS3 driver. No luck.
