My printer’s home page allows selection of a “System Manger” mode and a PIN. There are no instructions for this, so I did a search, and found part of a Canon on-line manual which says that the PIN for System Manager, and the default name is 7654321. I tried that, and it was rejected. So, where do the real directions for this reside? The on-line Canon manual I was consulting might have been for a priunter, or for a camera — who knows?
It would be nice to have documentation for some of these things. The general documentation for Canon printers is very deficient, and tends to be scattered hither and yon. Anyone know how the System Manager is supposed to work?
