We are not able to print from our Maxify MB5320 due to an error we can't seem to clear. It's the same error all the time: the paper in the cassette doesn't match the size registered, or something to that effect. I've tried to change the paper size, but the changes I make are not being saved. (Maybe I am doing something wrong.) Perhaps related, but maybe just a coincidence: a small white gear rolled out of the printer when I removed a paper cassette (see photo). Can someone tell me what the gear is for, where it goes, how to reinstall it, and how to resolve the paper size mismatch problem that is preventing me from being able to print anything?
