Hello,
We workflow issue where people are using the LDAP lookup for email addresses and need to scan multiple documents at one visit to the MFD. Currently, they walk up to the MFD and select their email address and scan the first document. Once that is complete, they need to then again select their email address from the list and scan the next document. As you can imagine, scanning many documents can be a workflow nightmare. Is there a way to select your email address once and scan multiple documents in one session?
