I am getting System Error E255 on my printer. I have resinstalled Windows 10 (clean load).
I downloaded the latest software/drivers for the printer.
I continue to get the Error Message.
I am able to print a test page.
The printer is on COPY.
I tried to install the latest Firmware and I get a message that the firmware is not compatiable with my OS.
Any ideas or suggestions?
I will be happy to gather any information and answer any questions concerning the problem
